Job title: HR Assistant/Coordinator
Duration : 3 to 6 months
Location : 100% Remote
Equipment will be given to work remotely
Description :
Administer the recruiting process with a thorough understanding and knowledge of employment law, Company policy, and business impact.
Reviewing, creating, and delivering offer letters and various employment.
Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using a case management system.
Supports service center staff relative phone traffic as needed.
Providing coordination & operational support tour in-house Talent Acquisition group. The Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates provide a best-in-class hiring experience candidates across the country.
This roles require supporting candidates and recruiters in different stages of the pre hire process. Activities include but are not limited to: calling candidates provide info/updates, providing consultation trecruiters, tracking each case within CRM system, transactions within Workday, collaborating inside/outside of the team
