About the role

The Enterprise Solution Presales Manager/Director is responsible for leading the presales team and supporting the regional and local enterprise solution sales team in selling and up-selling Aixon, Appier’s AI-as-a-service platform, and AIQUA, Appier’s Marketing Automation platform, to new and existing clients and providing service in support of team revenue goals.

Key responsibility

• Lead and mentor the presales team for SEA region, work closely with sales team across the region to drive business growth.
• Own the technical aspects of the sales process from lead to close.
• Become an expert with our product suite, create and deliver customized presentation and demonstration of Appier solutions that aligns to customer requirements.
• Facilitate deep dive workshops for customers and business partners on use cases.
• Contribute to technical RFP/RFI response.
• Deliver solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, use cases, solution architecture, and high-level implementation plans.
• Deliver product trainings to customers and business partners.
• Build relationships with customer technical executives across the key accounts to help progress sales opportunities.
• Support the team at external and internal customer facing events.
• Proactively participate in internal sales/skill development/training programs.

Requirement

• 5-10 years of regional enterprise software presales leader experience.
• Professional knowledge of current market landscape in Data Science, AI and Marketing Automation.
• Technical knowledge in Data Analytics and Marketing Automation preferred.
• Familiar with modern web and mobile technologies. 
• Ability to map customer requirements into end-to end technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to customer’s mid/senior management as well as C-level executives 
• Ability to present/demonstrate solution and lead technical discussion in confidence.
• Self-motivated, able to adapt to an ambiguous, fast paced sales environment 
• A bachelor’s Degree required.
