Purpose: The purpose of this role is to find, vet, & hire amazing people in the U.S. and internationally. To do it quickly, with a high vetting standard, and by the due-dates of aggressive hiring deadlines. And to be “right” about new hires’ abilities & fit at least 90% of the time.

Job Description:

The Sr. Recruiter will report to the CEO and will own all recruiting processes & goals at Applause. They will spend most of their time recruiting, while also overseeing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and hire candidates across all company roles
• Oversee all recruiting tools, processes, strategies and goals
• Hire in the U.S. and Internationally
• Gather employee referrals and source candidates from known networks
• Help plan hiring budgets and timelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as recruiter for a VC-backed SaaS company
• Track record of recruiting top-tier talent
• Experience recruiting technical and customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Very effective in a remote-work environment
