In this exciting and dynamic role, you’ll act as the route to market interface for all of our internal customers. This means you’ll have excellent day-to-day visibility with all levels of operations management within Apple, as well as within your own team.
Project management skills are a must-have: we’re looking for someone who’s got a proven track record of taking initiative in the identification and resolution of process improvements, and someone who is comfortable sharing their knowledge and feedback with a broad audience. You will represent our team in project teams, and create executive comms for senior management.
Analytical ability is also key in this role – you’ll work with sets of data to identify trends and issues within the transportation business, and then use your skills as a presenter to share your findings back with the business. You’ll also help us to get out in front of issues before they arise, and be a key contributor to our philosophy of continuous change and improvement.

Description
Be the primary point of contact for various teams (Online, Retail, Reseller & AppleCare) for troubleshooting queries related to transportation and supply chain exceptions
Collaborate with Apple’s internal supply chain transportation teams, as well as external business partners, to own and deliver a fast, effective resolution process for shipment exceptions
Maintain a continuous focus on robust controls & monitoring systems to ensure excellence in execution
Seek out continuous improvement opportunities for all Supply Chain processes, working with other departments to influence & implement change
Support the identification & elimination of manual touch points, streamline & automate transactional activity
