Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to assist the accounting department in issuing invoices, batch coding, and improving processes within a growing industry.

Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to assist the accounting department in issuing invoices, batch coding, and improving processes within a growing industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with managers on budget.
Responsible for ensuring invoices and supporting documents are scanned and indexed.
Answer internal and external customer phone calls and assist in providing information to vendors as requested.
Use accounting system and available resources to address and respond to incoming inquiries.
Batch, code, and post to the system as needed.
Required Skills:
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office and accounting packages.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to accept and adapt to change, learns new tasks quickly.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and deadlines.
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of company.
