AppleOne has partnered with an established company seeking well-rounded A/R, A/P candidates.
This ideal candidate will assist with customer requests for invoices, proof of deliveries, statements, and other duties as assigned.
Duties:
- Process all incoming and outgoing invoices; post payments, manage billing.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate; resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with disputes and chargebacks.
- Update credit card information.
- Manage the mailing of invoices, ensure timely mailing.
Requirements:
- Two years of A/P and A/R experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
