This position is responsible for assisting the acquisitions and asset management teams with all aspects of financial feasibility throughout the project life-cycle. Supporting the senior staff with the financial modeling, budgeting, and assessing of potential and current projects.
- Three+ years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, asset management and/or property management is preferred.
- Proven analytical skills and working knowledge of MS Suite; particularly advanced level of MS Excel required;
- Argus proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Effective writing skills and ability to synthesize information, as well as verbal Interpersonal/communication skills.
