We are looking for a dynamic, career seeking Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company•s general administrative activities.

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Distribute mail
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years• experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Min 45 wpm typing speed
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work as part of team or alone
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
