As the selected partner to the Executives you will be responsible for aspects of companywide communication, employee recognition and engagement initiatives, professional development and training, recruiting and onboarding, safety meetings, compliance audits, time and attendance, benefits administration, policies and procedures enforcement, and all front-office duties.
The ideal candidate will have a professional presentation, effective verbal and written communication skills, ethical standards, high level of discretion, ability to multi-task, positive attitude, and a desire to learn and expand the scope of the role over time.
