Job Duties:
Locate and notify customers of aging accounts

Assist customers to pay amounts due and locate

Issues collection notices

Monitor overdue accounts and update collections system

Communicate with other departments to obtain necessary information

Responds to telephone calls and e mail customers

Performs other duties as assigned

Keys To Success:
Recent experience with collections, preferred 2 years minimum

Self-starter with ability to prioritize

Professional oral and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills

HS Diploma/ Associate•s/Bachelor•s degree a plus
