Data Entry Specialist will assist building and maintaining the database of applicants and donors to the organization.

Job Duties:

• Entering the contact data we receive from families who either apply or donate to us and entering it into our CRM system.
• Email communications with donors and applicants confirming information.
• Properly organizing and filing support document records.

Because this position is primarily computer work. The right applicant must have strong keyboarding skills and ability to work in-front of a computer for extended periods of time.

The right person will:

• Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.
• The ability to work quickly and independently.
• Live within a 20-minute commute of East Via de Ventura and the 101 in Scottsdale.
• Willingness to work full-time in our office. (It is not a work from home position.)
• Be able to pass a detailed background check.

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
