We have an awesome opportunity for someone who possesses an optimistic attitude. You will be the first person a client will interact with when visiting or calling our office. It is important to us that our clients have a wonderful first impression and we will rely on your wonderful skills to help with that. As the Receptionist you will have the responsibility of supporting the front desk by answering phones, greeting clients and interacting with team members with a professional and kind attitude. Some Data Entry may be involved, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, copying, printing, faxing, and mailing items out. Multitasking and being highly organized is very much preferred for this position.

Core Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Process FedEx type package shipping and receiving
• Support the accounting department by assembly project files and folders
• Assist Contract Administrator as needed
• Maintain phone extension and mobile phone list
• Process and distribute incoming mail
• Receive check in from salaried employees
• Create time sheets from check in report
• Pick up break room and reception areas
• Water reception area plants

Education and Experience • Must be computer literate and be able to work confidently in Microsoft Office products, must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. • Must be able to write and communicate in a professional manner
