This Executive Assistant Position Features:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support C-Suite management in the DMV area. Are you a calendar management expert? Do you have experience making domestic and international travel arrangements, and enjoy acting as a liaison managing communication between departments? In this role you would also help plan office events, coordinate meetings, and supervise/train lower level staff. This is where your expertise comes in! Working as a team is important but every team needs a leader, someone to make sure everyone knows what needs to be done, and is working toward the same objectives. We want someone who enjoys working with others but can take charge to make sure the job gets done. What you need: Great communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Budget Management and Expense Reporting experience, International and Domestic Travel Planning experience, 3-5 years working in a similar role. Experience with SharePoint and/or Salesforce is a plus! BA Degree required • Great Pay to $70K
