This Work From Home Customer Service position features:

  • Work From Home • Bring Your Own Device
  • Weekly Pay of $16 per hour ($16.50 if native-level Bilingual)
  • Set Daytime Schedule of 4 weekdays between Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, plus one weekend day 8am-4pm

Immediate need for experienced Customer Service Representatives seeking pay of up to $16.50/hr working from home on a predictable full-time schedule. Time management skills, a helpful demeanor and an empathetic attitude towards customers will drive your success with our client in the health insurance and benefits industry. Will be responsible for resolving medical insurance authorization issues, handling a large volume of calls and accurately entering case data.
