Do you have a passion for IT? Are you someone who likes to help and assist others with anything technical related? If so, we are currently looking for a Helpdesk candidate to add to our team! The pay ranges from $15-$18/hr depending on experience! We are open to entry level candidates and/or experienced candidates as well who are looking to grow with a company.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Setting up Chrome books and iPhones and other computer software
- Troubleshoot common issues for users who contact the helpdesk via phone, email or in-person
- Creates tickets for technicians to escalate issues
- Creates and closes revolved tickets
- Password resets
- Assists other IT services personnel with technical issues and creates reports
- Manages setup, transfers and removal of IT equipment
