A private medical clinic is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties in support of the clinical office. This individual will be responsible for scheduling doctor•s appointments with patients referred by legal attorneys and law offices, will ensure required materials and information are provided; type rough draft or verbal instructions, correspondences with attorneys or outside legal firms.

Must be able to organized, able to prioritize, and complete various assignments with tight deadlines. must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in applying their knowledge, skills, and abilities to the responsibilities.

Experience:

• Must have prior Administrative Assistant experience or equivalent experience within a healthcare and or legal setting preferred
• Prior experience with patient scheduling
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Team player who can collaborate
• Proficient in Microsoft application
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude
