TITLE: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking an experienced candidate for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor role at a manufacturing company in the Central Valley. Responsibilities include managing a team of 7-8, coordinating work flow to promote efficiency of plant operations, coordinating logistics, production schedule, providing safety training, HACCP Programs and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of Supervisory experience, ideally in a food manufacturing setting
- 3-5 years of Ag/Food industry experience.
- Food Safety knowledge
- HACCP
- SAP experience desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other programs used in a plant or food
processing setting; ideally Excel to create spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills
