Company is one of the top designers and manufacturers of oilfield equipment in the United States. We also deliver exceptional service and repair for equipment of all kinds. We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented individual for this administrative position. This position will be responsible for supporting the logistics manager by:

• Monitoring and maintaining computerized records related to purchasing activities
• Operate office equipment such as scanners, copiers, fax machine, etc•
• Communicate with department heads and respond to any queries or complaints
• Transcribe, record, fax and file documents
• Assist in buying supplies and materials

Responsibilities

• This position will be responsible for supporting the logistics manager by:

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong excel skills
• Quick learner with a strong desire to learn and contribute
• Must be able to work 8 hour shifts M-F with occasional Saturdays

Experience:

• Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
