AppleOne Hiring for Receptionist at Fremont, CA Full Time

We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, self-independent and detail-oriented receptionist to join our administrative team. The receptionist is handling the front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering a warm welcome, answering phones, and sorting and distributing mail, scheduling meetings and supporting the Senior Leadership Team in office tasks as needed.

• Creates annual academic calendar and manages website calendar
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
• Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms
• Make coffee and set out snacks for meetings
• Ensure reception area is tidy net clean and organized
• Coordinate mail flow in and out of office/ distribute mail to the team
• Coordinate office activities and events
• Handle inbound phone calls on a multi phone line system
• Arrange appointments and manages different calendars
• Give visitors badges and direct them to where they have to go
• Send email and faxes, copy and scan documents in the system
• Perform basic clerical duties and needed to support the team
• Checks stock to determine inventory levels of office equipment and kitchen supplies
