AppleOne Hiring for Receptionist at Rancho Cucamonga, CA Full Time

As a FIRST POINT OF CONTACT the receptionist is responsible for greeting clients both over the phone and in person and directing them to the appropriate sales representative. You are responsible for handling basic inquires such as our location and hours, product availability, order statuses, and pricing.

Duties

• Greet and welcome clients
• Introduce clients to sales representatives
• Answer phone calls and handle basic inquires according to company script
• Transfer phone calls to the appropriate department or representative
• Order, label, and manage inventory of products and supplies
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace and maintain organization in all conference rooms
• Some A/P
• Opening mail/filing/shipping packages
• Must know Microsoft suite
• Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
• Work within the framework of the company•s defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.
• Any other duties required of the position

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent, at a minimum
• Excellent and professional phone, email, and computer skills
• Prior receptionist and customer service experience
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Possess a flexible work schedule

Must live local within 15 miles of location
