A mid-sized, established law firm in the west end has promoted from within and needs to replace their Receptionist. This is a busy office that prides itself on offering an pleasant work environment. In addition to a full benefits package, the primary responsibilities will be:

• Provide professional phone etiquette in answering incoming calls and route calls appropriately
• Provide stellar customer service to our customers
• Receive customers & guests with warmth and professionalism
• Research customer issues and come up with a solution
• Handle weekly filing needs of the office
• Database management
• Data entry
• Processing daily mail
• Interaction with vendors
• Provide support with general administrative duties such as copying, faxing, correspondence and special projects
• Provide support to Office Manager as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must have over the phone experience with a professional and engaging voice
• Must be detail-oriented and tech-savvy
• Team player with positive attitude
• Reliable and Punctual
• Organized and accountable for completing tasks by deadline
• Proper grammar usage for both written and email correspondence
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
