Job Title: Customer Experience Associates Location: remote – candidate must have all of their own equipment Start Date: August 15th Type: Temp to Perm. There are chances for growth for high performers! Benefits upon going perm include medical, vision, and dental benefits. Pay: $15.00 per hour Training Schedule: 10am • 6pm M-F for 2 weeks. No time off allowed! Post-Training Schedule: 40 hours a week. Hours of operation 5am – 8pm PST (that’s 8am – 11pm EST). Must be flexible to work EVERY SATURDAY for the first 12 weeks and possibly longer. Computer Requirements: – Must have 8 GB of ram or better -Must have ethernet connection -At least a 2.0 GZ processor -Internet speed upload of at least 4Mbps -Download speed of at least 10mpbs -Resolution of at least 1280×800 Skills Assessments: – Typing (35 adjusted wpm or higher required) – Call Center Listening (70% or higher required) – Office Grammar and Spelling (80% or higher required) – Phone / Interview with Clients AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
