-Convert BC Quotes into Sales orders -Review sales order to ensure everything matches quotewerks

• make necessary notes in sales order for purchasing
• Contact customer when required for credit card payment information
• Process credit cards (ensure CC information is destroyed immediately after processing)
• Send CC receipt to customer and attach a copy to the sales order
• Send order confirmation to customer
• regularly follow up on orders that are waiting for product from supplier

communicate with sales/customer if order will not ship to customer by the required date -Daily review of CSR report to identify orders ready to ship

• Daily review of CSR report for follow up on orders not ready to ship
• create shipping documents and send to warehouse (print pick slip)
• Communicate with customer with regards to shipping information when required
• Regularly checking incoming emails
• Respond to customer inquiries about orders/invoices
