Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Phone and Computer Repair Technician at Applesoft Limited in Auckland, New Zealand. The Mobile Phone and Computer Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faulty mobile phones and computers, installing and configuring computer hardware and software, setting up security measures, and providing technical support. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering replacement parts, maintaining accurate records of repairs, and managing inventory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in computer and mobile phone repairs including screen replacements of iPhones Sansunh Huawei Oppo sony iPads Macbooks and Laptops.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software installation and configuration
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills with customers, team members, and management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in mobile phone and computer repair and IT support are a plus
• 1+ year of experience in mobile phone and computer repair and IT support is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
