Job Responsibilities
Leads and coordinates project planning with Strategic HR Programs team
Budget planning and risk analyses
Maintain rhythm and calendar of deliverables
Assist with program development
Monitors and reports on project progress and keeps relevant team members informed of upcoming milestones/deliverables
Identifies and escalates issues and challenges appropriately
Manages risk; keeps project on budget and schedule
Effectively maps out and coordinates engagement with key project stakeholders including; sponsors, core team members, extended team members, and those impacted by project workstreams and project outcomes
Provide insightful people analytics to business and HR leaders
Work with Rewards, Talent and Workforce Planning CoEs to continuously update and improve strategic HR insights for business units
Develop and maintain BU-specific analytics and propose dashboard enhancement in collaboration with GIS/HRTA
Assist with driving Strategic HR Programs in collaboration with HR Partner team globally
Deploy proven project management and risk mitigation principles across the Strategic HR program management team
Establishes effective team operating mechanisms that optimize return on time spent on activities related to the project
Understands stakeholder interdependencies and leverages these appropriately
Understands where there are stakeholder misalignment challenges and the associated risks at hand. Effectively manages these challenges and risks.
Clear project closure plan, execution completed by handoffs where appropriate
Delivery of a project summary detailing project deliverable and outcomes achieved and next steps where appropriate
Skills, Knowledge, Experience, & Education
Bachelors degree required
5+ years of professional experience, HR experience a plus
General HR or Finance acumen
Project management experience
Clear & concise communication delivery (written and verbal)
Familiar with core project management concepts and tools (i.e. RACI, process mapping, root cause analysis, stakeholder identification, etc.)
Familiar with KPIs, BKMs, and overall metrics to gauge and measure project success
