About Apploi
This is not your typical Executive Assistant job! You will be a true business partner to the CEO while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment! The Executive Assistant role will support our rockstar CEO with duties like calendar management, scheduling, travel support, inbox management, and more. We’re looking for a superbly organized, take-charge professional who knows how to protect the CEO’s time and ensures that his time is being allocated where necessary.
You will be the first, you will set best practices, and soon you will be onboarding new EA’s and training them on how to be an EA with Apploi!
Who You Are:
- Ambitious, optimistic, service oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to all levels of the organization
- At least 7 years of prior experience supporting executive-level positions
- Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
- Adaptability to new initiatives and always ready to help
- Google Suite and MS Office applications required
- Demonstrates openness to constructive feedback and flexibility to adjust behavior or performance as needed
What You’ll do:
- Be a true business partner to the CEO and ensuring his success (Manage his day so he can manage the company!)
- Data Savvy – You can pick up on trends and tell stories with data
- Calendar management and coordination of meetings (You’ll learn what is priority and what is second, third ,etc. so it wont be long before you will know how to juggle his day!)
- Travel related support, booking of flights, hotels, transportation, and expense reports
- Inbox management for the CEO
- Organize meeting materials and maintains meeting notes
- Preparation of board material and presentations
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handling matters confidentially, expeditiously, proactively, and independently, and follows through on tasks until successful completion :
