Job Description:

CanAide, a subsidiary of ApprioHealth, LLC is currently seeking a highly professional Data Entry Representative in Orlando, FL. The Data Entry Representative will aide in reporting; entering and updating applicant information and correcting any discrepancies within Medicaid applications. This qualified candidate will be responsible for deciphering what updates are needed and ensuring the information is accurately updated within the system.

Responsibilities:

• Review correspondence to determine what information needs to be updated
• Review discrepancies and advise Supervisor/Team Lead as needed
• Enters data using company provided software via a PC. Ensure accuracy of data.
• Reports data entry and software problems to supervisor.
• Stores/files documents after completion; reports task completion to supervisor.

Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification Preferred: N/A
Required Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in data entry

Requirement Knowledge:

• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
• Familiar with generating and submitting reports
• Ability to submit and/or correct Medicaid applications
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Ability to maintain confidential matters
• Exceptional work attendance is required
• Must have positive and professional demeanor
• Willing to learn and be trained on new processes
• Willing to adapt to new procedures
• Excellent organizational skills

COVID-19 considerations:
There will be on boarding and training for 3 days in our Orlando office. Thereafter, the position is remote, until the office reopens. Masks are required to be worn in the office at all times, including above the nose, the room will be sanitized, daily.
