The Digital Content Operations Manager reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer would be responsible for all facets of website publishing, including digital user experience, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Aptum.com and other digital properties, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
The objectives are to drive sales and successfully promote awareness of Aptum’s brand, products, and services.
How do you become an integral part of the team?
Work with teams across the organization on maintaining, refreshing, and updating content on Aptum.com and marketing microsites
Monitor analytics to drive enhancements and improvements to the user experience and business KPIs on digital platforms
Monitor future marketing technology updates for new capabilities, or functions that we would want to leverage to enhance our client experiences. To help deliver these new capabilities, you’ll work very closely with our technology partners to align our vision and priorities across our roadmap and development needs.
Collaborate and when needed lead integrations with other components of existing or future martech stack
Closely monitor our competitors’ websites to derive insights and trends
Additional Expertise you will bring
General understanding of web tagging, programming and/or scripting languages – HTML, CSS, Javascript
Expert use of Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other website related tools
Deep expertise in user experience and content management systems experience in WordPress
Experience defining and executing against program requirements
Passionate about providing customers an effortless experience at every touchpoint; thrive off of creating amazing and effective online content
Experience managing complex content projects across multiple teams
Knowledge of experience design, including website usability, A/B testing, content presentation and mapping, and Internet best practices
Experience with content strategy, including top tasks research, content modelling, audience research, taxonomy, information architecture, and conversation design
Ability to translate processes and technical information into clear, useful, simple language, i.e., through the “eyes of the user”
Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscape
What you have to offer aptum:
University degree, preferably with a focus on technology or Marketing
Experience working with agencies
At least 5 years of experience in digital content authoring, content design, or content strategy
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital customer experience (DCX)
