Weekend Facilities Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Filling in for a variety of job duties that may be required as coworkers are on vacation.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Service Coordinator experience or related office experience
