We are hiring Hospitality Agents!
Core functions:
Provides contagious hospitality while guiding our guests through the menu and their experience at the counterJob duties but not limited to:
- Take orders
- Process drink service
- Providing guest satisfaction
- Menu knowledge with the ability provide suggestions
- Processing payments
- Clean and reset the countertop in between guests
- Ring in orders correctly using Toast POS system
- Package up to-go orders ensuring that all items are accounted for
