IT Asset Management Specialist- 100% Remote
Long-Term Contract

Do you enjoy working remotely? ARC Group is currently looking for an IT Asset Management Specialist for an opportunity with a Fortune 500 company. This role is 100% remote and looking for someone with experience in asset management of IT products and licenses.

Description
The IT Asset Management Specialist will assist the SW Licensing team by working in Flexera to establish SAM processes, and compliance reports, working with the team to clean up records within the tool, and helping automate tasks to better enterprise license optimization.

• Configuration and clean-up of Flexera Suite, components, and functions
• Act as a lead in the analysis of more complex requirements to translate into Flexera application configuration capability
• Continually evaluate licensing/ deployment risks and make recommendations to minimize customer impact or user experience
• Recommend and help implement complex solutions including technology integrations across multiple platforms
• PO Alignment with software asset
• Maintaining and reconciling inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, year of experience may contribute to being considered for those without the degree
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in asset management
• Advanced knowledge and expertise with the software asset management tool Flexera are highly preferred.
• Must demonstrate initiative and effective decision-making
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision

Pay: $32.00 – $35.71 per hour
