Arcadia is a non-profit organization that aims to share and spread academic content to people all around the world. It focuses on diverse sub-categories across all disciplines, from art, literature and history, to science as well as providing art contents on social media platforms. At Arcadia, the academic team consists of over 70 international writers and 218 members. Arcadia does write in many fields with Higher Education Academic level articles with the aim of sharing the knowledge our team has, to allow all the people around the globe to benefit from this knowledge without any charges or subscriptions.

Who We Are Recruiting For Position?
We, as Arcadia, are looking for people who are interested in the Human Resources department with supporting resumes for the position they are applying for. We will be hiring 10 people to our human resource recruiting team for the Human Resource Recruiter/ Officer position and responsibilities for this position will be as listed below:
As a Human Resource Recruiter at Arcadia, you will be responsible for using LinkedIn to post job ads, screen candidates, communicate with potential hires, and maintain data related to candidates and other recruitment needs. You will be expected to participate in Arcadia’s weekly Saturday interviews and be available on Saturdays to work with a team of recruiters to conduct interviews in morning, afternoon, or evening shifts with flexible scheduling. It is expected that you have a relevant degree or extensive experience in the human resources field and a desire to advance your career in this field. Your duties will include preparing weekly reports, entering data daily, and conducting Saturday interviews with flexible shifts. While you will have autonomy in your work, you will also be expected to collaborate with assigned HR Consultants and report to them, taking their advice into consideration and seeking final approval from the HRM and CSO for necessary weekly activities.

In-depth knowledge of human resources principles and practices: As a Human Resource Recruiter, it is essential to have a solid understanding of the principles and practices that guide effective recruitment and hiring processes. This includes understanding how to identify and evaluate the qualifications and experience of potential candidates, as well as how to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools and platforms: The ability to effectively use LinkedIn and other recruitment tools and platforms is crucial for a Human Resource Recruiter, as these tools are often used to post job ads, communicate with potential hires, and maintain data related to candidates.
Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for a Human Resource Recruiter, as the role involves frequent interaction with candidates and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to clearly convey information and ideas through speaking, writing, and listening, as well as the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
Ability to effectively screen candidates and evaluate their qualifications: A Human Resource Recruiter is responsible for evaluating the qualifications of potential candidates and determining which individuals are the best fit for the organization. This requires strong analytical and assessment skills, as well as the ability to make informed decisions based on a thorough review of candidate resumes and other application materials.
Proficiency with data entry and reporting: As a Human Resource Recruiter, it is important to have strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately enter and maintain data related to candidates and other recruitment needs. This may also involve preparing weekly reports and other documents, which requires proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools with strong usage of Google Drive.
Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates: A Human Resource Recruiter must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates in order to effectively evaluate their fit for the organization. This includes the ability to establish trust and credibility, as well as the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to candidates’ needs and concerns.
Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with others: A Human Resource Recruiter is often part of a larger team of recruiters and HR professionals, and it is essential to have the ability to work well with others and contribute to the team’s success. This includes the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, as well as the ability to seek out and utilize the skills and expertise of others when needed.
Conflict resolution skills: A Human Resource Recruiter may encounter conflicts or challenges during the recruitment process, and it is important to have strong conflict resolution skills in order to effectively handle these situations. This includes the ability to identify the root cause of conflicts, communicate effectively with all parties involved, and work towards a resolution that is satisfactory to all parties.
