Architectural Components, Inc Bluffdale, Utah Hiring for Project Assistant with a $3,000 Sign on Bonus at Utah Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Project Assistant to help manage all our projects and tasks. The Project Assistant will ensure that the plans and timelines are followed through. You will assist in identifying the potential risks in order to minimize the costs and make sure interfacing with General Contractors is seamless. You should have great communication skills and a positive attitude. In this role, you will act as a first contact for our internal staff as well as project managers, support staff, clients and consultants.

We furnish and install many specialty items such as, operable partitions, expansion joints, sunshades, skylights, and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Check, collect and analyze project budgets, cost reports and other documents.
• Meet with project manager, and or project coordinator to keep them informed about project status and important deadlines.
• Compiling and submitting shop drawings, samples, and submittals.
• Prepare all necessary information relating to change requests.
• Research and gather relevant data from multiple sources and summarize information into a project logistics plan.
• Deliver samples to job sites, mileage is compensated.

Qualifications:

• Must have a thorough understanding of commercial plans and specifications.
• Proficient in Blue Beam, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivating.
• 1-2 years’ experience.

Additional Information:

$3,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months of full-time employment
