The Role
In this role you would be joining a tight-knit team of three with varied responsibilities across general administration, project administration and accounts processing. This includes processing invoices in Xero (supporting the Finance Manager), clearing the P.O box on a weekly basis, procure office supplies (including stationary and groceries), configure new client or project profiles, organising morning tea, documenting meeting minutes, liaising with external suppliers, supporting other team members and other ad-hoc duties as required.

To be suitable for this position, you will be an experienced administrator or accounts professional who enjoys managing a varied workload. You will also possess some of the below skills and experience:
