Archway Recruitment Looking for Business Support Coordinator at Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand Full Time

This newly created role will require a strong focus on maintaining and coordinating efficient and accurate fleet operations and systems for this national not for profit organisation.

Key Tasks Will See You

• Monitor the shared vehicle fleet inbox and action enquiries promptly
• Be the first point of contact for staff regarding company vehicle operations
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance including regular servicing, WOF and registration
• Administer vehicle insurance and assist internal team members in the event of an incident
• Provide support around vehicle contracts (i.e. insurances), onboarding and off-boarding of vehicles
• Manage the vehicle fleet administration including tracking, reporting and managing any infringements or insurance claim processes
• Assist with invoice processing and purchase order creation
• Document and improve fleet processes where needed
• Maintain fleet databases and systems with up to date data
• Provide back up support to Reception, as and when required to support your wider team.

About You

This position will involve a level of customer service and problem solving. We will be looking for someone who is a highly organised and efficient administrator. Someone who is great at building relationships to support this function in their team. No vehicle knowledge or experienced is required however knowledge of fleet coordination would be advantageous.
