About the role:
Archway Recruitment are looking to add a junior or intermediate recruitment consultant to join their Auckland team. The successful candidate will join an experienced bunch of recruiters with excellent sector knowledge in engineering and architecture . This team is looking for a consultant with architecture experience or someone who is keen to move into this growing and buoyant sector.
You will be well trained to recruit for architectural technicians and architects in Auckland, Northland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. The team has a plethora of clients where they have built long lasting relationships and are now ready to hand them over and support a young recruiter in gaining experience in this exciting market.
About you:
You will either be an enthusiastic salesperson looking for their first job or an intermediate recruiter looking for an agency that can really help grow your career. Key to this position will be a hard-working positive attitude, a keenness to deliver for both clients and candidates. If you are goal focused and like to take on challenges this will be a great position for you.

Initially the focus was to hire experienced recruiters and build a strong team in the Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Property, Finance and Business Support sectors. The teams have grown across our three offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch and we are now looking to add junior or intermediate consultants to the Auckland office.
