The Opportunity:

As part of our growth and with a focus on the support we provide to our students, we have created a number of new opportunities in our Careers and Employability Team, which will see it more than double in size.
As part of this we are looking for a Careers Education Manager to focus on the strategic development and operational enhancement of the Careers and Employability Education Team, ensuring that it aligns to Arden’s strategic aims to support high quality student outcomes. You will also manage a team of Careers Consultants, supporting their engagement with academic teams, and managing and coaching them to ensure the Careers function focuses on continuous improvement and quality standards.
About You:
You will need to have a relevant professional careers qualification, as well as demonstrable experience of managing a team in an HE careers environment, and have an understanding of the opportunities and challenges for careers and employability in this context. You will need to have the tenacity and drive to achieve outcomes in a fast-paced and dynamic organisation, with experience of planning, prioritising and implementing multiple complex projects to tight deadlines in this environment. You will need a willingness and ability to seek new and improved ways to deliver an excellent service, including embracing technological developments.
