Our company is in need of a Customer Specialist to help serve customers who are interested in our products. The ideal candidate will have the ability to listen to the needs of customers and assist them with any questions they may have. When assigned a project, the successful candidate will use our resources to create a solution that meets the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform account research for existing and potential customers.
• Use a variety of tools and methods to communicate company products and services; interact with customers regarding their product needs.
• Provide information in response to customer questions and complaints; respond to inquiries; or refer customers to other appropriate service personnel or departments.
