who possesses the ability to independently and effectively manage food
and beverage services, ensuring memorable moments at weddings, corporate
events, special occasions, and internal programs. This is a part-time

food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines and to the
highest standards. Planning and organizing the daily operations of the
food and beverage department. Managing and supervising staff members,
including training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensuring the
highest level of customer service and satisfaction by maintaining
quality standards and addressing any guest concerns or complaints.
Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for the food
and beverage department. Provides two-way communication and nurture an
ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and industry
standards. Provides premium-level service and satisfaction through
implementing food and beverage plans that match customer needs. Working
knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant
management software, POS). Ability to spot and resolve problems
efficiently. Communication and leadership skills. Guest-oriented and
service-minded. Requires flexible availability to include nights and
