Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals and values.
• Create engaging content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communication platforms.

Media Relations:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Proactively seek opportunities for media coverage and manage responses to media inquiries.
• Draft and edit press materials, including statements, releases, and media pitches.
• Internal Communication:
• Foster internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Develop and implement communication plans for company announcements, updates, and initiatives.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure a cohesive flow of information across the organization.

Brand Management:

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze brand perception, adjusting communication strategies as needed.

Crisis Communication:

• Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols.
• Act as a spokesperson during times of crisis, managing external and internal communication effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications or public relations, preferably in a dynamic industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with media, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to communication.
• Familiarity with micro-mobility or urban transportation industries is a plus.
