Lead Install Technician

Aroh Inc is leading the way in the design and fabrication of Wayfinding signage for the built environment. We are growing again and looking for an Wayfinding Installation Technician to join our Operations team! We serve clients across Canada and the US.

Responsibilities:

• Own the project, from the start of the installation process to completion.
• Build and foster relationships with onsite site staff
• The installation of interior AODA wayfinding signage and some exterior signage as required
• Work closely with the project team to review upcoming jobs, track timing schedules and coordinate the installation trip(s).
• Maintaining documentation of all signs delivered and installed (including photographing signs).
• Document deficiencies and changes, and reporting them to the Project Lead.
• Learn and understand relevant fire and building codes for different regions
• Troubleshoot and fabricate signs onsite as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and flexible mindset to changing requirements
• A knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools
• Ability to problem solve on the spot
• Reliable and customer focused
• Be highly organized and maintain a clean work environment
• Computer literate with email and office programs

Hours of Work:

• Full time
• As required by installation schedule.
• Travel will be required

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
