Customer Support Agent

Overview: This is your opportunity to join Arqai, a privately-owned collection of (4) Smart Home companies in Florida. We are currently hiring a Customer Support Agent in our Fort Myers office, for our Uxari brand, specializing in intelligent products and cloud-based services.

Responsibilities:

This position is a hybrid position that focuses on all aspects of Customer Service and Accounts Receivable. It requires the dexterity to multi-task — managing high volume inbound and outbound communications, both verbal and written, while meeting daily accounting deadlines.

Customer Service Representative functions include but are not limited to:

• Providing timely, accurate, and responsive information to customers and cross departmentally
• Resolving issues effectively and efficiently
• Conducting trouble shooting, and creating accounts in our CRM, as well as other vendor portals

Billing Specialist duties include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing, approving, and submitting invoices
• Tracking past due balances
• Auditing and reconciling customer accounts
• Collections – contacting customers to collect past due recurring monthly payments
• Retention – presenting optimal solutions to customers to prevent cancellation of services
• Daily collaborations with Management to maintain financial compliance

Key Qualifications:

• Accounts Receivable experience, including Collections
• Customer Retention finesse
• Accurate reporting skills
• High degree of PC proficiency & experience with Salesforce.com
• Result driven productivity
• Dependability
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently & within a team structure in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $22 – $25 per hour (Commensurate Upon Experience)
