This position is dedicated to providing exceptional face-to-face member service in our branch locations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in a warm, caring and friendly manner.

• Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, be a part of a team, and work collaboratively.

• Provides member assistance with everyday transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.

• Assists members with debit card, checking, savings, and loan services.

• Accurately handles cash and checks transactions.

• Answers and resolves member account inquiries.

No aggressive sales goals – our focus is serving Credit Union Members.

The pay range for this position is listed below.
Starting pay for successful applicants is generally within the minimum to midpoint of the pay range. Our consideration for pay is designed to support career growth and development over time. Offers extended depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to individual experience, knowledge, training, education, graphic location, market demands, and internal equity.
Pay range
Minimum: $17.78/hour | Midpoint: $22.22/hour | Maximum: $26.67/hour
