Art of Cleaning Pte Ltd is creating a new role within the organization to combine sales and administrative work for the new candidate.
At the moment this list of job description is handled by senior management and an administrative staff, therefore on job training will be guided by them personally.
We are seeking self motivated candidates who are comfortable with learning Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe PDF, WhatsApp, and other required applications.
Comfortable in communicating in English is required as this position will be client facing (via phone calls).
Job Descriptions
Answering/Calling/WhatsApp potential/exisiting customers
Replying customers’ inquiries via email/call/WhatsApp/social media
Preparing and sending quotation to customer
Handling customers’ feedback or complaint
General filing of documents
Supporting operations team from office by informing operations team
of daily reporting time to office and indent necessary manpower for appointments
Assist to organize machine repair service, vehicle service maintenance and ordering of cleaning chemicals and materials
Sending invoices & payment reminder to customers daily
Other adhoc duties as assigned
