About the Role

Reporting to the ANZ Warehouse Operations Manager, the Senior Inventory Controller is responsible for the inventory management and accuracy of stock levels across our warehouses in NZ; delivering exceptional customer experience to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timely delivery of Arthrex’s products to our customers.

With a strong background in logistics planning and inventory control, you will be familiar with warehouse operations within the medical device industry and your ability to identify efficient solutions will enable you to overcome inventory challenges with improved outcomes.

About You

• Minimum 5+ years experience in warehouse/logistics operations or 3PL management, preferably in Medical Devices
• Proficiency using SAP warehouse management system, and experience in logistics planning and inventory control essential
• Demonstrated strong customer relationship management, with exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Autonomous with a good work ethic, solutions focused, and the ability to prioritise work
