Arthur Grand Technologies Inc Hiring for Desktop Support Technician at Washington, DC Full Time

Role: Desktop Support

Location: Washington DC (Full Onsite)

Duration: Contract

· Desktop support personal to distribute laptops, install windows apply patched etc

· Provide customer facing end-user support that includes

· Break-fix support for Laptop, desktop, tablets, and associated hardware peripheral

· Migration on Windows 10

· How to debug outlook in safe mode? How do you restore outlook from backups (pst and ost)?

· What is your day to day responsibilities? Experience in applying patches

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
