Accounting Specialist (Receivables/Payables – Sage, Payroll – ADP)

• Maintain billing/payment systems: keeping them up-to-date and carrying out billing/payment duties
• Prepare customer invoices/vendor payments, based on accounting procedures
• Make reports on all daily activities
• Perform account reconciliations and monitoring the account details of customers/vendors
• Research and investigate discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges
• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing issues
• Pay meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Process employees pay, including new employee entry, pay rates, etc.
• Print payroll reports for reconciliation

Shipping Coordinator (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)

• Coordinate the shipping process from start to finish, including quoting rates, booking shipments and tracking
• Check and prepare all necessary customized paperwork
• Track and trace daily shipments, report all irregularities in transportation to supervisor
• Update inbound/outbound shipment data/record
• Weekly audit/checking of forwarders’ bills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
