Art+Logic is a remote custom software company that’s been around since 1991 – and we’re still going strong. We work with people all over North America, and we’re looking to add someone to our team who can assist with administrative tasks, with the primary objective to allow more bandwidth for those they assist.

We’re looking for people who are excited to learn and take on new challenges. You can expect to grow and strengthen your versatility when working here. Ideal candidates are communicative, reliable, and able to work independently.

Work can be completely remote, though occasional onsite duties may be added depending on the location and desires of the employee.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily assist the Controller.
• Examples of duties which you may need to assist with include accounts payable, corporate account management, and virtual office organization. Additionally, working with our PEO to learn and execute HR workflows.
• Assist the Recruiting department.
• Examples of duties may include looking over resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Job duties subject to change as needed.

Skills:

• Ability to work remotely and autonomously.
• Effective, clear communication, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in English, though dual fluency in Spanish is a big bonus.

Additional Details and Benefits:

• Pay $18-$23/hour.
• This is a part-time (20-25 hour/week) employee (W-2) position, and applicants must be United States citizens or US visa holders able to work in the US.
• Flexible hours, but must be able to work during normal business hours (not nights or weekends).
• Work is primarily remote, though occasional onsite duties may be added depending on the location and ability of the applicant.
