ASAP Solutions Group, LLC Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

ASAP Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a large nonprofit client in Atlanta on a 6 month plus contract, possibly contract to hire arrangement. This position is 100% remote from anywhere in the U.S. but requires work to be conducted during ET Zone normal business hours. The Administrative Assistant will be part of a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization supporting the CFO as part of the overall Administrative Support team. You will be responsible for handling confidential information professionally while working closely with senior managers. Must also be able to maintain an overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities will also include extensive PowerPoint support, managing multiple calendars, planning and organizing events, and coordinating travel. This candidate will help support a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience providing support to senior managers
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft PowerPoint creating and managing presentation decks
• 5+ years working with Excel, and Word
• 5+ years of experience providing support for senior level executives
• Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
