About the role:
This role is responsible for providing exceptional communication, administration support to the Business Operations Manager for People and Technology & Operations. It is a very busy role that will see you managing calendars, processing invoices and supplier requests, preparing word, excel and PowerPoint packs, organising a variety of events and ensuring business travel, catering and logistics are managed hassle free for members of the departments.
The Business Operations Manager will rely on your well organised approach when managing emails, correspondence, invitations and arranging meeting rooms and resource to suit the occasion.
About you:
We are looking for some who has experience in an administrative role managing calendars and offers advanced skills in all MS applications. You will need to be super organised with high attention to detail and accuracy.
You enjoy working with people and is someone that goes out of their way to lean a hand to a variety of tasks. You will be handling sensitive information so being able to keep confidentiality is a must.
